Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a key member of the Global Medical and Scientific Affairs (GMSA) team, driving the planning and execution of scientific & medical affairs plans in the Value & Implementation organization for the assigned therapeutic area (Prostate Cancer) in the United States.
• Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams to drive development and execution of regional plans, ensuring alignment with global scientific and medical affairs goals and priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to advance business objectives.
• Provide scientific leadership and expertise to internal and external stakeholders on prostate cancer-related topics, guiding the development of innovative solutions to address unmet medical needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance our portfolio of products and services through collaboration with external partners and innovative thinking.
Requirements:
• Doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacology, or molecular biology.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical affairs, preferably in oncology, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies and managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, scientists, clinicians, and industry partners.
