Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Chemical Biology or related field with 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Direct people management or scientific supervisory experience
- Experience working within CMC frameworks within the bio-pharmaceutical industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scientific strategies to drive enzyme development and manufacturing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance resource planning and talent development
- Represent the function at internal governance and CMC teams
