Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President (AVP) to lead the delivery and operations of our SAP platform, focusing on the S/4 HANA program implementation and move to RISE. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of our ECC platform on AWS, supporting critical business functions such as accounting, financial operations, order to cash, logistics execution, manufacturing, quality, and procurement. This role demands strong leadership, in-depth SAP expertise, and a drive for operational excellence. This role is crucial in driving SAP initiatives that align with the company's business strategies and operational goals, ensuring the continued success of our global ERP system.

Strategic Leadership
Provide vision and direction for the SAP landscape, particularly S/4 HANA and RISE.
Align SAP initiatives with business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
Develop and implement an SAP enhancement roadmap for efficiency.
Influence future technology and talent strategies as part of the Enterprise IT leadership team.
Program Management and Delivery
Lead the S/4 HANA program, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
Oversee project planning, scope, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners for seamless SAP integration.
Operational Excellence
Manage daily operations of the ECC platform, ensuring stability and performance.
Collaborate with IT teams for system configuration, infrastructure, and maintenance.
Implement best practices, SOPs, Metrics, and continuous improvement for SAP operations.
Team Management
Lead a team of ~125 employees, including global tech centers in Prague and Singapore and new tech center in India (2025)
Provide leadership and coaching to global teams.
Develop a multi-year digital capability roadmap aligned with business outcomes.
Ensure we have the right talent to meet business capabilities and execute technology delivery.
Oversee project and program management, user change management, data migration, and training.
Collaborative Responsibilities
Manage cross-divisional governance for demand management and prioritization.
Partner with IT and business units for business readiness and process changes.
Maintain relationships with strategic third parties
Engage with stakeholders to align SAP capabilities with business strategies.
Build relationships with business units, senior management, and external partners.
Communicate SAP strategy, updates, and progress to stakeholders.
Financial and Operational Management
Partner with finance and IT portfolio management to meet budgetary commitments.
Determine build vs. buy skillsets and sourcing with IT and Supplier Management.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Required Experience and Skills:
S/4 HANA implementation experience.
Proven and seasoned experience leading teams, partnering with a diverse set of stakeholders and efficient operations
10 years of SAP experience, including 5-8 years of global delivery experience.
Cloud experience.
Strong communication, collaboration, planning, and organizational skills.
Customer-oriented with a drive for results and ethical integrity.

Expected US salary range:
