The Animal Health IT Commercial Value Team is committed to strategize and implement digital solutions and services to increase customer engagement, optimize customer experience and create opportunities for measurable commercial outcomes with incremental revenues informed by rich, data driven insights.

North American (NORAM) Commercial IT team is seeking a Business Technology Partner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our business partners and stakeholders to implement and optimize our Salesforce technology stack. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding of their needs.

• Technology Translation: Translate business requirements into technology solutions by effectively communicating the technical possibilities and constraints to stakeholders.

• Product Roadmap Collaboration: Collaborate with the product team to inform and contribute to the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Salesforce Expert: Serve as the CRM expert for market teams, providing guidance on best practices, features, and enhancements within the Salesforce technology stack.

• Implementation Oversight: Drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions, working with technical teams to ensure that deliverables meet business expectations and are delivered on time.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Salesforce technology and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Performance Metrics: Analyze and report on the performance of the Salesforce solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Understanding of business processes and technology integration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) is preferred but not required!

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
