Job Requirements
The Manufacturing Value Team (MVT) is an organization in IT’s Digital Manufacturing division. We utilize expertise in data analytics and business consulting to serve thousands of employees across multiple countries and are responsible and accountable for operational excellence across our manufacturing sites to enable medicine to be made efficiently.
Successful candidates in this role will be able to work independently as well as proactively collaborate with colleagues. Primary responsibilities will include assisting business consulting teams with the planning, execution and/or close-out of knowledge management deliverables. The candidate will be an active team participant, attend team meetings and will complete virtual company trainings on how to plan, execute and/or close out high impact project deliverables. This candidate may be responsible for tracking project timelines and may become proficient in project management tools. The candidate may interact with internal and external stakeholders in support of manufacturing objectives.
You will be part of a diverse, cross-functional team of individuals who develop and execute standard work strategies for the enterprise. The Fellowship will include progressive on-the-job training and operational project assignments under the direction of an associate director level.
Work Experience
You will partner with team members to train on systems and tools to complete tasks and deliverables critical in the execution of our operational objectives.
The Fellowship intends to:
- Develop an understanding of the systems and tools critical to the oversight and conduct of knowledge management.
- Develop an understanding of the phases of pre-clinical, clinical research, operations, and manufacturing.
- Develop an understanding of the GMP and ICH guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings to develop an understanding of the different skills and expertise of the cross functional members of integrated product teams.
Experience/Skills We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s 1 year of experience or master’s degree. Degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) preferred.
- Strong communication abilities, including written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Collaboration, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- Work experience in a results-driven environment
- Strategic/critical thinking
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
