Job Description

New hires in office-based roles in the US & Puerto Rico will be required, subject to applicable law, to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or qualify for a medical or religious exemption to this vaccination requirement that can be accommodated without an undue burden to the operation. However, subject to applicable law, employees working in roles that the Company determines require routine collaboration with external stakeholders, such as employees in health services, customer facing commercial, or research based roles, will be required to be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment.

Position Description:

The primary activities include and are not limited to the following:

  • General administrative duties.

  • Work requires the coordination and performance of multiple tasks while understanding the project principles and technical skills related to own work assignments.

  • Work priorities and activities are reviewed with the supervisor occasionally.

  • Performs varied work assignments requiring analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

  • Managing the calendar, including appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the team.

  • Supports the use of TeamSpaces.

  • Communication skills must be at a level to effectively interact with our Company's executives and internal/external clients both on-site and remotely to maintain workflow.

  • May assist with special projects within the division/area.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required.

  • Preferred: Advanced education or certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience.

  • Solid computer skills using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, ...) and operation of other peripheral devices.

  • SAP experience processing: Expense Reports; Purchase Orders and Payment Requests.

  • Experience scheduling travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel.

  • Fundamental secretarial/clerical abilities with a history of high performance.

  • Ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous assignments.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Professional communication and people skills.

  • Demonstrated experience with processing of Visas/Passports.

  • Experience with financial and budget tasks.
