As a key leader within our rapidly growing U.S. Pharma Business Unit and cardiovascular / metabolic portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in driving substantial future growth and making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
This is an exciting time for a talented and passionate leader to join the team as we prepare for expanded launch opportunities of an existing heart failure medication. The Associate Director, Product Marketing Owner will play a critical role in leading a Customer Agile Team (CAT) responsible for Scientific Strategy and Payer Access. This position will report to the Heart Failure U.S. Commercial Leader (USCL) and will be based in the Upper Gwynedd, PA office.
The candidate will lead, motivate, and inspire members of the CAT to drive results and deliver value aligned to the brand priorities. This high-profile role is designed to position the candidate for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and inspire members of a team comprised of experts in marketing, campaign design, development, and measurement to drive results and deliver value.
- Partner in the development and execution of strategies supporting the scientific and payer customer segments, providing guidance and expertise to the team.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the brand and therapeutic category.
- Prioritize key business opportunities across heart failure scientific thought leaders and payer customers, ensuring the team is focused on high value opportunities.
- Translate quarterly business priorities into actionable plans, providing clarity and direction to the team.
- Utilize a test and learn approach, leveraging data to optimize strategy and execution.
- Monitor performance against objectives and key results, providing guidance to the team on strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and the CAT during review process.
- Partner with other Product Marketing Owners to drive transparency, coordination, and prioritization across the team and cardiovascular / metabolic portfolio.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model :
