Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, U.S. Oncology Marketing – Breast Cancer. This position will focus on leading scientific strategy and key account strategy for both of our recently approved metastatic and early-stage triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) indications and will begin preparations for additional potential approvals in HR breast cancer.
This position will require outstanding leadership in scientific strategy decision making, market research, cross-functional partnerships with our medical colleagues, key account strategy and field activation.
Key responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
Lead the refinement of our Scientific Strategy across all customer segments
Partner with cross functional team that includes medical affairs and other key stakeholders to keep organization abreast of commercial strategy and decisions.
Lead Key Account Strategy and serve as OKAM point for TNBC
Provide commercial perspective for medical publications and data presentations
Identify market research needs and develop actionable insights to be shared with field and HQ partners
Provide alliance support across entirety of our company's Oncology breast cancer program to enable focused and business aligned outcomes
Represent brand team in CORE/Payer discussions
Escalate issues that represent significant barriers to execution or business impact
Challenge current approaches and gain sponsorship and support within the company to address gaps.
Education Requirement:
Required: Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Master's degree
Required:
Core marketing experience including strategy development & competitive planning
Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams
Strong relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
25% travel including some weekends
Preferred:
Minimum of (5) years Pharmaceutical business experience
Breast Cancer marketing experience
Oncology marketing or related experience
Healthcare Provider promotion experience bringing materials through legal, regulatory, and clinical review
Academic or Key Account experience
Position Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA or Virtual/Remote
