The Position
We are currently looking for a Corporate Affairs Senior Business Analyst to join our Team.
What will you do?
Works closely with Product Line Leads and partners to implement enhancement initiatives to advance business outcomes
Engages with technical teams supporting resolution of IT solution issues and incidents
Leads business requirement gathering to understand enhancements needed
Supports roadmap development and maintenance of product backlog
Coordinates across business stakeholders to prioritize needs for deployment that advance policy objectives
Coordinates with business stakeholders to identify pain points within processes and technologies
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Education minimum requirement
High School Degree with 5 years of Experience or Bachelor's in IT or Business Related degree
Required
- 5 years of experience in an IT and / or Project management role
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives to meet business objectives
- Proven track record of communicating effectively across stakeholder groups
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to support multiple projects and deadlines
- Demonstrated excellent ability working with Microsoft Office product suite

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Expected US salary range :
114,700.00 - $180,500.00
