We are seeking a highly motivated Cyber Security Engineer with a proven track record to join our team. This position will be a hybrid position located in Rahway, New Jersey. This person will be responsible for engineering/deployment and support of endpoint security solutions in a global environment. In addition, this position will serve as a lead role, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of outsourced team members to ensure alignment with project goals, quality standards, and timelines. This position will also collaborate with global stake holders to ensure the protection of our company's assets globally requiring excellent oral and verbal communications skills. The ideal candidate should have a bare minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience, including supervisory experience, and have worked in an engineering role in a global setting.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

$114,700.00 - $180,500.00

Key Responsibilities
- Implement endpoint security solutions and product offerings in the Cloud, Enterprise and Manufacturing IT/OT environments.
- Operate and maintain endpoint security controls including the installation, configuration, tunning and maintenance.
- Responsible for supervising outsourced team members.
- Assist in developing product road maps.
- Responsible for maintaining all SDLC requirements for endpoint security products.
- Collaborate across IT and business areas to assure successful endpoint security controls implementation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with preference in computer science, electrical engineering, or other technical discipline.
- Basic understanding of the NIST & MiTRE CyberSecurity framework including Zero Trust.
- Familiarity with endpoint security controls and security policies.
- Experience with Windows Desktop/Server, and Linux operating systems.
- Working knowledge and experience with Azure, and AWS cloud environments.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a highly regulated environment.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Mcafee suite / Trellix including application control.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience deploying and supporting Crowdstrike Falcon.
