SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Strategy Coordinator to drive traffic growth and engagement across all brand platforms. This role will be responsible for coordinating content strategies, optimizing social media performance, and supporting the creation of high-quality content that aligns with our brand's mission and audience preferences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Content Strategy & Management
- Coordinate with relevant teams to implement strategies designed to increase website traffic and audience engagement.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, maximizing seasonal opportunities and timely post releases.
- Assist in writing, proofing, and editing news blogs and podcasts.
- Audit social media posts for accuracy before publishing.
- Monitor and respond to user inquiries and manage new member verification audits.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze traffic data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate social media reports to assess strengths and opportunities.
- Input data from reports and assist in creating actionable insights for the team.
- Collaboration & Project Support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align content with brand strategy.
- Assist or lead special projects as assigned by the Content Strategy Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred (Candidates currently pursuing these degrees or with relevant experience in content strategy are encouraged to apply.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
