SUMMARY
The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing Department by managing the selection and decision-making process of products to feature in promotions. Creating monthly promotional calendars and analyzing performance to provide recommendations that improve key metrics. This role involves supporting enhancements to the e-commerce storefront and delivering measurable results across multiple brands. Additional responsibilities may include digital asset creation and maintenance, as well as general marketing support across our family of brands as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Maintain, and execute e-commerce promotional campaigns across various channels, selecting products for the promotions schedule based on market trends, performance data, and customer demand.
- Utilize internal software to create discount coupons.
- Input and track promotion details in project management software, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across multiple calendars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory availability aligns with promotional calendars.
- Work with offshore teams to review and approve creative assets, maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
- Analyze the performance of promotions, identifying insights and recommending improvements for future initiatives.
- Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists, ensuring they reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and consumer behavior in the natural health sector, informing promotional strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling across e-commerce websites, maintaining a cohesive message across all promotional product advertisements.
- Collaborate daily with creative, brand, and Amazon agency teams to align marketing strategies and execution across channels.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience using Figma and/or ClickUp is a plus.
- Soft Skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Education & Experience
- 1 or more years’ experience in Marketing preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field preferred.
