SUMMARY
The UX Coordinator will support the Marketing Department by assisting with website updates, landing page creation, and optimizing the user journey to drive engagement and conversions. You will play an integral role in maintaining a seamless and effective user experience across our digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Implement seasonal, new products, and awareness banner updates.
- Create and manage themed popups to enhance user engagement.
- Assist in the creation of landing pages to support campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and maintain sitewide landing pages for promotional initiatives.
- Optimize Sitecore features for promotional, and user experience purposes.
- Analyze user behavior and site performance using Adobe Analytics to inform data-driven improvements.
- Utilize Adobe A/B testing for website updates to refine user experience and performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Associate’s degree in User Experience, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1 or more years of experience in UX, digital marketing, or web design preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in website management and CMS platforms (Sitecore experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of landing page design principles and user behavior.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
