PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The Videographer will create, shoot, edit and produce various video projects for the site. They also will assist with overseeing and growing our videos using a variety of production techniques.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Film, edit, and produce video content as directed with a fast turnaround time.
- Shoot high quality professional photographs as needed.
- Ensure that deliverables are on time, relevant, and of high standards.
- Attend local events and record quality videos and sound.
- Maintain YouTube account with uploaded videos.
- Research and keep current on latest editing software.
- Maintain film equipment to keep up to standards.
- Work closely with Content Strategy Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 4 or more years’ experience as a commercial videographer, including visual effects compositing, 3D modeling and animation, motion graphics design, editing and 2D software preferred.
- Experience with retail advertising environment or with retail clients preferred.
- Skilled with use of lighting, cameras, green screen, teleprompter, video and audio technologies, stock footage, prop usage, settings, production, editing.
- Ability to expediently direct professional and paid talent.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with minimal supervision, while turning around creative pieces.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, juggle multiple projects, and meet stringent deadlines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with Adobe Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Frequently required to lift, carry, and transport video equipment, lighting, and other gear weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods during video shoots and on-location productions.
- Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle cameras, adjust lenses, operate controls, and set up equipment.
- May need to climb ladders or crouch, kneel, or bend to position equipment and capture specific angles or shots.
- Must have close vision, color vision, and the ability to focus for accurate video capture and editing.
- Must be comfortable working in various outdoor environments and weather conditions when shooting on location.
- Occasional travel may be required for on-location shoots, which may include carrying equipment through airports or long distances on foot.
