Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating various events, managing logistics and setup
- Support Event Manager: Aid the Event Manager in overseeing event schedules, budgets, and resources
- Team Oversight: Help supervise event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
- Engage Attendees: Interact with event attendees to provide information and enhance their experience
- Promotional Material Support: Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials
- Event Monitoring: Monitor event activities, troubleshoot any arising issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, track event performance, and provide general administrative support
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the team to develop and implement event strategies
