Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all external and internal inquiries related to charitable programs and fundraising efforts
- Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring all donors, partners, and supporters are properly acknowledged and thanked
- Work closely with management and the communications team to ensure clear and engaging communication with donors and supporters
- Assist with the organization and coordination of fundraising and promotional events, providing support with planning, logistics, and on-the-day tasks
- Maintain the donor database, ensuring accurate input and regular updates
- Administer data entry, amendments, and run reports as required
- Support the team with task prioritization and meeting deadlines
- Keep updated on customer service best practices in the charitable sector
- Introduce new ideas and contribute to the development of the role while taking ownership of assigned tasks
- Passion and enthusiasm for supporting charitable causes—prior experience in customer service or fundraising is a plus, but not required
