Community Liaison – Immediate Hire

By collaborating with local nonprofits, businesses, and stakeholders, we strive to enhance community engagement and support vital initiatives that strengthen the bonds between organizations and the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and community partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with local nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and outreach initiatives
• Advocate for the organization’s mission, goals, and values within the community
• Identify and assess community needs to inform program development and improvement
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences to build trust, engagement, and support
• Collect feedback from community members to help refine and improve outreach efforts
• Track and report on outreach activities and measure their impact on the community
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse community stakeholders
• Experience in community outreach, public relations, or event coordination is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team
• Comfortable speaking in public and engaging with a wide range of community members
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
