Right now, we’re looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us build meaningful relationships with both new and existing nonprofit clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with clients and potential donors at fundraising events, creating a positive experience that fosters growth and support
- Develop creative ways to increase visibility and drive donations for our charity partners
- Learn and grow through educational training in marketing strategies and customer engagement
- Collaborate daily with your team to share ideas and brainstorm solutions that improve charity campaign outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest news about our charity partners, and follow up with potential donors to maintain strong relationships
- Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction
- Work alongside various teams to address client requests and ensure every campaign runs smoothly
- Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required
- 1-3 years in a client-facing role
- A passion for community impact and a desire to help others
- Ability to attend in-person meetings and training at our office
- Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
