Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations by educating the public about their mission, goals, and the causes they support
• Persuasively communicate the impact of donations to inspire ongoing support
• Build lasting relationships with donors, supporters, and the community
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns in community and retail settings, raising awareness for charitable causes
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with the public
• Achieve fundraising targets while upholding the integrity and reputation of our nonprofit partners
• Accurately collect and maintain records of donor contributions and interactions
• Collaborate with team members to strategize, improve, and optimize outreach efforts
  
  

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for supporting charitable causes and making a positive impact
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to achieving results
• Experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus but not required
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
