HVAC Service Technician

Mercurio’s is looking for a talented and experienced Residential HVAC Technician to Join our team!

Starting Salary: $35.00 – $45.00 /hr Monthly Revenue Bonus

Responsibilities:

· Diagnostics, repairs, and tune ups on residential gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, duct work, etc.

· Educating customers and selling necessary repairs and maintenance agreements

· Using an iPad to create customer invoices and communicate with the office

Requirements:

· 5 years field experience as an HVAC residential service technician

· Refrigeration Experience (preferred)

· EPA Certified

· Must have strong skillset in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on HVAC projects

· Valid driver license and clean driving history

· Able to pass a background and drug screening

Physical Demands:

Must be able to sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, hear, talk, type and write. Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 100 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors and in extreme weather (wet, below freezing, or above 100° temperatures). Must be able to climb on ladders & scaffolding.
