Position Summary : Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations of the organization. This position ensures the accuracy of all financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory standards, while also managing the company's accounting functions across multiple business units and locations. The Corporate Controller leads a team of accounting professionals, providing strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team, and collaborating with other departments to support business growth and operational efficiency. With a strong focus on internal controls, financial forecasting, and team development, the Corporate Controller plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s financial assets and driving strategic financial decisions. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and leadership, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting :
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, consolidating financial statements across various business units and locations.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgeting, and cash flow projections for the company.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and provide key driver commentary to executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant reporting standards.
