Power BI Analyst

Position Summary: We seek a skilled Power BI Analyst who can transform complex data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous situations and desires to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that drive business decisions across various departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and turn requirements into effective visualization solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within reporting workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy and implement quality control processes.
- Document reporting procedures and uphold data governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize current reports for enhanced performance.
Skills and Requirements:
- 3 years of experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and M Query.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data preparation and ETL processes.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience with SalesForce.
- Programming experience in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with large-scale data warehousing.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Professional certifications in Power BI or data analytics.
