Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Data Scientist to join our innovative team in driving advanced ML solutions across our credit card business. Reporting to the Head of Machine Learning, this role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to optimize credit decisioning, fraud prevention, customer segmentation, and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable ML solutions. Experience in financial services, especially in credit risk or fraud modeling, is highly preferred.

What a day is like :

Model Development & Deployment :

• Design, build, and refine machine learning models to support credit risk scoring, fraud detection, and marketing personalization.
• Leverage techniques like supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP to address complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement scalable pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.
