About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical / Surgical to join our team in Warwick, RI. This is a Per Diem position with an estimated start date of March 3, 2025.
Qualifications
Degree : RN
Assignment Length : 3 months
The Covid Vax & Flu Vax are required. Please have all certifications (BLS) and Active RI licenses upon submission
Responsibilities :
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
