About the Role:
Join a global leader in sealing solutions with decades of expertise in producing seals in multiple industries. Represent this well-established company in Southern Germany, driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.
This is a consultative field-based sales role working closely with the German sales team.
About the Role:
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Key Account Management: Support existing clients while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customer service representatives, industry managers, and product managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders and technical issues.
- Technical Solutions: Collaborate with the Engineering team to deliver tailored technical solutions for customers.
- Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales strategies in alignment with company objectives, including creating sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs in partnership with the Sales Director.
- Product Launches: Play an active role in launching new products to the market.
- Sales Meetings: Participate actively in sales meetings to contribute insights and updates.
About You:
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a background in technical or industrial sales. You should possess:
- Experience: 5 years in field and proactive sales.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of sealing and bolting technology is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with a solution-oriented, structured, and customer-focused approach.
- Languages: Proficiency in German (C2 level or above) and excellent English skills.
