Are you ready to drive innovation and growth in the critical industries of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power? We're seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our valve actuation systems sales efforts across North America.
Role Profile:
As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and delivering cutting-edge solutions to some of the most demanding industries. This position offers an exciting blend of account management and business development, perfect for a seasoned sales professional looking to make their mark.
What you will do:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of OEM customers across North America
- Develop and execute strategies to pursue new opportunities with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Promote our comprehensive range of linear and quarter-turn valve actuators (pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-hydraulic) to key decision-makers
- Showcase our innovative solutions for severe service applications, including turbine bypass systems and emergency shutdowns
- Provide market intelligence to inform product development and pricing strategies
What you will have:
- Proven track record in industrial sales, specifically in Valve Actuation Systems for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power sectors
- Deep understanding of the North American market and its unique challenges and opportunities
- Strong technical background to effectively communicate the benefits of our advanced products
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at all levels, from plant managers to C-suite executives
- Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 50%)
