Job Summary
The Home Health Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing and outreach strategies to increase referrals and client acquisition. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong networking, communication, and sales skills who can effectively promote our services to healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and case managers.
- Generate new leads through community outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to drive referrals.
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Awareness
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to promote Mercury Home Care’s services.
- Represent the company at healthcare events, expos, and community fairs.
- Oversee social media, digital marketing, and print advertising efforts.
- Client & Referral Source Engagement
- Act as a liaison between referral sources and the care team to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing referral sources to ensure continued partnership.
- Track and analyze referral trends to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities, referral numbers, and outreach effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in healthcare marketing, home health, hospice, or senior care industry preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of home care services and industry regulations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
