Job Summary :

The Field Sales Manager will spearhead the Door-to-Door sales efforts, crafting aggressive sales strategies and leading a team to achieve sales targets. This role demands a dynamic leader with a robust track record in sales, ready to build and drive a high-performing sales team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Leadership :

Develop, implement, and refine effective door-to-door sales strategies to aggressively grow sales figures.

  • Lead from the front, demonstrating hands-on sales tactics and providing on-field coaching to sales representatives.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies to maximize opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Team Building and Management :
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of dedicated sales professionals.

  • Set clear performance standards and hold the team accountable to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide continuous feedback and development support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Customer Relationship Management :
  • Ensure the sales team provides exceptional customer service and support, building strong relationships and encouraging repeat business.

  • Resolve customer concerns rapidly, maintaining trust and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Reporting :
  • Regularly track and report on team performance against sales goals.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales data and derive actionable insights to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least three years of direct sales experience, with a proven record in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a field sales environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work in varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
