2nd and 3rd Shift Assembly Technicians!
Starting Wages over $20/hr. plus shift premium!
As an Assembly Technician you will join a dynamic team of the company's winning culture by supporting the Mercury Marine values of: Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.
As the Assembly Technician at Mercury Marine, you will
- Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assembly components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies
- Complete casting and finishing operations on parts using a variety of hand and power tools
- Set-up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular job
- Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules
- Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals
- Take appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken
