What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at Mercury Medical?
Mercury Medical is looking for a dependable, hardworking, general maintenace, skilled worker.
Maintain interior of building. Performing routine and as needed chilled water HVAC, flooring, plumbing, painting, patching and miscellaneous maintenance, repairs and improvements.
Maintain exterior of building overseeing lawn car, sidewalk maintenance, parking lot maintenance, painting and power washing.
Maintains lighting fixtures, performing bulb changes and updating fixtures as needed.
Maintains plumbing performing routine sink, faucet, toilet and urinal repairs.
Keep records of maintenance or service following established procedures.
Run local errands as needed.
Maintain a professional interaction with vendors and staff.
Review operational integrity of building equipment.
Monitor availability of housekeeping/janitorial supplies.
Recommends process improvement and/or changes to supervisor / management relative to maintenance, housekeeping, lawn care, safety and energy.
Adheres to maintenance and safety standards and specifications.
Use basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, SharePoint and Helpdesk software programs.
