What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint Line position at Mercury Minnesota Inc.?
Mercury, Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to fill our Paint Line position. This position involves touching up and inspecting metal work pieces after the painting procedure.
Duties: safely and properly handle all equiment and chemicals, keep accurate count of work pieces hung on the line, cross-hatch checks, inspecting coatings on all workpieces, identifying textures, completing touch ups, cleaning and maintaining work area, completing all required paperwork in a timely manner, effectively communicating with the team, and all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: must be able to perform essential job duties satisfactorily, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have related experience and/or training, ability to read and interpret documents, ability to write simple correspondence, ability to complete required paperwork, general mathematical skills, ability to apply common sense understanding, ability to multi task.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm
Pay: $16-20/hour DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
