Purpose and Scope

The Extrusion Packer is responsible for following the training parameters to become proficient in packing of extruded product.

Responsibilities: The Extrusion Packer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, learning the process to:

• Inspect product and completed items for conformance to quality specifications.
• Removing product from assembly line to prepare
• Prepare product for shipping including assembling boxes, packing, and labeling product
• Work independently and in teams to ensure a quality product
• Keep equipment and work area clean

Job Requirements

• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend and scop with repetitive motion
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to continuously stand or walk for full shift
• Must be detail oriented, and have troubleshooting skills
