Mercury Systems is looking for a motivated team player to support the global Treasury function in day-to-day Treasury related activities, including communicating with local entities, and perform key Treasury initiatives. In this role, you will get a great breadth of experience and exposure to see the treasury function from A to Z. This is an entry level role,
Job Responsibility:
- Support cash management activities including preparing payment transactions, cash positioning, forecasting, and intercompany activity
- Ensure transparency related to Treasury initiatives through an adequate Treasury reporting
- Monitor Treasury related KPIs and covenants and contribute to Treasury compliance in relation to internal and external requirements
- Communicate on day-to-day Treasury related topics with other Corporate functions and local business units
- Support capital markets transactions including debt and equity issuances, repayments, and repurchases
- Management of guarantees and coordination of corporate insurance renewals
- Support major Treasury initiatives related to Working Capital Management, Treasury IT, Cash Management, and Risk Management
- Bachelor’s degree. Finance or Accounting preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience. Optimally prior Treasury experience in any of the areas of cash management, cash forecasting, foreign exchange, treasury systems, and risk management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High motivation and strong analytical skills
- This position hybrid in our Andover, MA location.
- Enjoy every other Friday off, with your 9/80 work schedule.
