As a team, we are committed to creating the processes and conditions for high performance, while reducing coordination costs.As the Sr. Strategic Program Manager - Banking, you’ll partner with Mercury’s Banking Product and Banking Operations & Financial Partnerships teams, in addition to the Risk and Compliance orgs, to drive strategic operations and planning. You’ll lead large, cross-functional programs that drive company priorities and create value for internal teams, external partners, and users of Mercury’s products and services. This role will report to our Head of Strategic Operations, while embedding within the functional teams it supports, in addition to other teams such as Design and Engineering.

New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following : US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area : $160,900 - $201,100US employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area : $144,800 - $181,000Canadian employees (any location) : CAD $152,100 - $190,000We use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT.
