Mercury is looking for a Travel and Events Specialist to craft unforgettable experiences for our global teams visiting NYC. This role is all about creating seamless, high-quality events that showcase the best the city has to offer.

Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan exciting events and excursions, from Broadway shows to sporting events and cultural tours.
- Manage travel logistics to ensure smooth, stress-free experiences for visiting teams.
- Source and book top-tier venues, workshops, and trendy restaurants.
- Oversee catering, office resources, and ad-hoc team needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to align events with company culture.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and venues.
- Provide solutions for travel and event-related inquiries.
- A NYC local with great knowledge of the city’s best experiences.
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and service-oriented.
- Great at building relationships and handling logistics smoothly.
- Flexible and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Event Planning, Hospitality, Travel Coordination, or Executive or Production Assistance is nice, but we’re excited to develop the career of the right fit!
