Mercy is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director for our Hospitalist program in Rogers, Arkansas. - Lead the hospital medicine physicians and APPs providing strong department leadership
- Serves as the liaison between the physicians / APPs, administration, medical staff, and nursing
- Oversees a team of 27 hospitalists at Mercy Rogers and Mercy Berryville
- Collaborate closely with UAMS IM residency leadership to ensure a great teaching environment
- Must have current or previous leadership experience
- Role will have both clinical and administrative duties
- Fully Integrated Epic EMR
- Excellent subspecialty support available
