What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician - Post Acute position at Mercy Clinic Physician Recruitment?
Mercy Post Acute is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible Geriatrician, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician to join our team in St Louis.
Our Regional Mercy Clinic Post Acute team consists of 4 physicians, 7 advanced practice providers and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care. Physician and nurse practitioner team will round on patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities include managing complex medical conditions, coordinating all aspects of care for their patient, and developing strong relationships with residents and their families. Must possess excellent communication / interpersonal skills & have a solid understanding of nursing home regulations.
