Job Details
A hospital in Sacramento is looking for experienced Cath Lab Techs for a travel contract.
The right candidate will have 2 years of experience.
Job Requirements
Hold an active BLS
Hold an active ACLS
Hold an active Fluoro
Hold an active ARRT or RCIS
Need 2 supervisory references (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 within 12 months and 1 within 3 years worked.
Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit within the past year.
Schedule Information
Shift : 12hr Days call
Call Required : one night per week and up to every other weekend
Weekend & Holiday Requirement : Up to every other weekend
Shifts : 3, 12 hour shifts
Floor specific orientation : 2 shifts
Unit Specific Information
Unit : Cath Lab
of Rooms : 3
Cases : 3000 per year
EMR : Cerner, Merge Hemodynamics for Cath Lab documentation
Charge Nurse : Phil Moisuk
IV Team : Yes
RT 24 / 7 : Yes
Pharmacy 24 / 7 : Yes
Additional Details
Profiles sent directly to the manager.
Agency to provide a Rad badge prior to start.
Techs : Yes. Can either be CV Techs or Rad Techs with Cath lab experience.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath (high acuity). TAVR and Mitraclip procedures. Some peripheral vascular. Chest Pain center accredited. STEMI tertiary referral center.
