We are currently seeking a passionate individual for the position of a Part Time Adult Home Care Aide . In this crucial role, you will be based at the Pleasant Gardens Adult Home, a 26-bed facility which provides 24-hour supervision, personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry service, transportation, daily recreational activities, and medication management.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Administer medications and assist residents with daily routines, including dressing and grooming.
- Make residents' beds and ensure linens are changed weekly or as needed.
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals and snacks according to dietary needs.
- Perform laundry tasks for residents' linens and personal clothing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization through regular housekeeping and adhering to the cleaning schedule.
- Monitor and restock personal hygiene supplies for residents.
- Document incidents and complete the daily census accurately.
- Ensure the safety of resident rooms and common areas, assisting with additional tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS :
Shifts :
1 : Saturdays & Sundays 11pm-7am
2 : Saturday 3pm-11pm, Sunday 7am-3pm, Monday 3pm-11pm
