Mercy Community Healthcare is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Front Desk Associate, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of those we serve in our community.

What Is This Job All About?
- Making a great first impression when you greet our patients.
- Collecting appropriate information and data
- Verifying insurance coverage including but not limited to copay/deductible payments.
- Collecting appropriate payments
- Directing patients to the appropriate area of the clinic
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones
What We Need from You:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years' experience in a high-volume office doing data entry and medical office management preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Spanish-speaking highly preferred
- Organizational skills including task prioritization and time management.
- Excellent communication both on the phone and in person.
- Provide outstanding customer service and leverage interpersonal skills to meet the needs of patients.
- Dedication to teamwork.
- Consistent dependability and personal initiative.
