Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Evaluating and updating patient charts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Administering medications safely and efficiently, consistent with State of Practice and Mercy Health policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
- One year of RN experience (required)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, must obtain from approved source prior to direct patient care; ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support acceptable in lieu of BLS)
