Overview
The Technical Program Manager will drive the execution of Digital and Technology Solution (DTS) programs,
including the simultaneous management of enterprise impacting initiatives and strategic projects.
This high visibility role will interface regularly with senior leadership, internal business customers and external
stakeholders to manage business change, implement business strategies, ensure the on-time delivery of outcomes,
maintain scope and budget, and adhere to requirements aligned with organization goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution of major programs by aligning scope, objectives and timelines with business strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, and establishing governance
- Drive requirement gathering, conduct assessments, lead planning efforts, facilitate decision making and operationalize change management strategies
- Manage project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Develop communication plans that articulate strategic alignment, business value and change impacts
- Manage scope changes and-or change requests and evaluate impacts to costs, schedules, and deliverables
- Anticipate and communicate the impact of program decisions and actions on impacted users and interdependencies
- Monitor program risks and proactively engage stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies andor resolutions
- Create and present status reports, business proposals and relevant program content
- Establish trusted cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders; lead teams within a matrixed environment
- Serve as a leader within DTS facilitating collaboration, innovation, and team empowerment
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, identify and recommend opportunities to implement process improvements
