Home Health RN and LPN's to see patients in their home in St. Tammany Parish.
Mercy Home Health is a rapidly growing home health company, and we’re looking for RNs willing to provide our patients with top-quality care.
. RN and LPN will be independent, compassionate, ambitious, focused and detail-oriented.
. Prior home health experience and knowledge of Kinnser/Wellsky is a plus.
. Med surge experience is a plus.
Job Requirements:
· Unencumbered Louisiana RN, LPN license
· Valid driver’s license
· Active state-minimum car insurance
· Current CPR card
· Mobile/Cell Phone
. Home Health experience preferred
Responsibilities include:
. Travel to patients' homes to deliver quality nursing care and support.
· Administer medications, take vital signs, perform physical assessments, manage wound care, and collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plan.
. Teaching patients and patients family members disease processes, how to administer medications, IVs, and injections, and safety precautions.
. Monitors and evaluates patient response to treatment, medication, healing and mobilization progress.
