The Surgical Tech works under the supervision of the physician / RN and reports to the Director / Manager and is responsible to coordinate all supplies and instrumentation needed to perform the surgical procedure according to established policies and procedures.

In addition, the Surgical Tech I is responsible for the disposition and / or decontamination of instruments / supplies in the surgical center.

The Surgical Tech will assist the RN with patient care planning, interventions and outcomes.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills are required.

Previous healthcare experience is required.
