The Interventional Radiology Technologist is a skilled person qualified by technological education to provide patient services using diagnostic equipment under the supervision of a doctor of medicine.
The technologist will be required to Scrub / Assist the physician during procedures.
Required education : High school diploma or equivalent and one of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) prerequisites for education and required clinical experience.
Other : Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements : This individual must be capable of walking long distances, and standing while wearing lead.
