Float Requirements : as needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit
Job Requirements
Required Licensure : Current LPN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri)
Required Certifications : BLS from AHA only, must be IV Certified on Nursys
Must Have Skills / Experience : 1 year Med Surg in an acute care hospital
Schedule Information
Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form
Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form
RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end
Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment

Additional Details
Flu Vaccination is required for all travelers from November 1-April 1. Declinations / Exceptions are not accepted.
