Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support NBSTSA Certification Tech Cert Verification - National State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Job Details ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. Monday- Friday 80 hours per pay period. Weekday and Weekend on-call and holiday on-call will be discussed during interview. Float to Main OR when case volume is low. Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR Tech experience. Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR Tech experience prior to travel. MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand. Job Requirements AHA BLS required. TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment. Drivers License / State ID required. New / Ext Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start.
