Job Summary: The Resident Services Data Manager will work with the Resident Services Leadership on internal department data needs as well as with Real Estate Development and Philanthropy on applications, compliance, and reporting. You will partner with National Resident Services in creating reports focused on service outcomes, program monitoring and improvement, and data quality. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Pay: $31.25 - 33.65 salary hour/DOE

Duties:
Data Strategy and Management:
Support data collection entered at the site level and work with supervisors to address inconsistencies and inaccuracies in data entry.
Manage and maintain data systems, including databases and analytics platforms.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform program development and policy advocacy.
Explore, model, mine, and experiment with data to answer critical business issues.
Create and present data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, funders, and partners.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and organizational impact.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with program managers, development staff, and other departments to support data needs and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Four (4) years of demonstrated experience in human services and housing programs and/or research and analysis.
Four (4) years of demonstrated experience in development of performance measurements for human services programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in development of performance measurements for human services programs.
Bachelor’s degree in or related field preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated computer skills with knowledge of internet, databases, word processing, and statistical software.
Knowledge of statistics and survey methods.
Skilled in use of Stata, Snowflake, ARC/GIS, SQL, Python, R, Excel Power Pivot and Tableau or other analytic tools.
