What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor - Folsom Gardens I + II position at Mercy Housing Management Group?

The successful Janitor will be a team member who provides clean affordable housing to the residents of the community. The Janitor will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule.
We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This is an on-site position at Folsom Gardens I II, two neighboring properties that support 95 units of affordable housing apartments for area families in Folsom, CA.
Pay: $20.00/hour

Duties:
- Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
- Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
- Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
- Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience.
