What you will be doing:
IT: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our servers, networks and systems to ensure peak performance. Collaborate and oversee our Managed Services Provider “MSP” and other IT vendors (Printers, Internet, VOIP,etc)
HR: Assist with employee onboarding, engagement initiative, and other projects in HR. So knowledge of HRIS systems would be a plus!
Cross-Department Collaboration: You will span different departments, spearheading a variety of field projects by planning, organizing and executing them.

- IT & HR systems: Familiarity with IT/ HR systems, the go-to champion for complex or simple IT issues, you bridge the gap between HR and IT for seamless collaboration. Previous HR experience a plus!
- Strong Collaborative Communicator: Able to work well across teams, translate IT and speak into clear actions for employees and leadership. You are patient with those who are not as tech savvy, working your customer service magic!
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar field of responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Must have a valid Connecticut driver’s license and clean driving record with proof of automobile insurance.
